Liverpool Young Astronomers Club

Liverpool Astronomical Society runs a monthly Young Astronomers Club at our Pex Hill Observatory., Pex Hill Visitors Centre, Widnes, WA8 5QW. The club is aimed at 10 to 16 year olds but we don’t turn any youngster away. We have young astronomers aged from 7 to 17 with a regular turn out each month of around 25, so come along and meet us!

Liverpool Young Astronomers Club meets monthly between October and March where activities include observing through telescopes, interesting talks, making your own telescope, building a solar system and much more. So, if you are under 17 years of age, live in the Liverpool area and are interested in the wonderful hobby of astronomy, then you’ve hit the right place!
